Gate rigidity, hinges or rollers, foundations, stops, and travel are checked first.
The quality standard
Reliability is designed into the details.
Quality is not a label on the operator. It is the fit between gate, mechanism, controls, safety, installation, and maintenance.

What we examine before handover.
A dependable installation begins with sound gate movement and correct geometry. Automation should not be asked to hide structural defects, poor alignment, or unsuitable hardware.
We inspect the complete movement path, set operating limits and forces, verify control logic, test obstacle response and manual release, and explain safe everyday operation to the people who use the entrance.
Six checkpoints
The installation is a system.
Every component must make sense in relation to the opening and its duty.
Torque, speed, travel, frequency of use, and environmental exposure inform selection.
Remotes, keypads, readers, loops, and interlocks are configured for the actual users.
Photocells, edges, force control, signage, and clear zones reduce avoidable risk.
Manual release and power-failure behavior are accessible, understood, and tested.
Maintenance intervals reflect traffic, dust, weather, and how critical the entrance is.

A practical standard
Built for the next thousand cycles, not only the first demonstration.
Commissioning is where specification becomes evidence. We observe repeated movement, verify controls and safety response, and correct anything that is not consistent.
